The developer quickstart shows an unauthenticated market-list request. Customer wallet authentication, order signing and platform eligibility belong to a separate trading route.

Queries, formats and bulk data
Events group markets, and each outcome has an identifier for price and order-book retrieval. Discovery supports bounded filtering and iterative result pages; there is no customer SQL database interface in this review.
Structured market responses can be downloaded, but comprehensive historical coverage and permitted redistribution are separate questions. SaaS cancellation rights do not map directly to this public route.
Costs and permission to reuse data
The assessed public Gamma read path requires no credentials or subscription. Trading fees, authenticated routes and the separate US exchange are outside this assessment.
Applicable downstream processing, AI and redistribution terms require further review.

The public Gamma API documents separate market and event limits over sliding ten-second windows. Cloudflare queues/delays excess requests; authenticated trading has separate controls.
