Avionté issues a tenant identifier plus application-level client ID, client secret and gateway API key after API access is arranged. Requests combine OAuth client-credentials tokens with the API key and selected tenant. Client subscriptions and third-party certification are distinct routes; custom integrations undergo provider review.
Confirm who can connect, who owns the credentials and which uses are permitted. Customer consent and provider approval can be separate requirements; the selected plan and contract still matter.

Cost, authentication and limits
Clients must contact their account manager for an API subscription licence, while software vendors follow the Certified Integration Program. The reviewed sources do not establish a named minimum customer plan, fixed API fee or whether an existing subscription already includes the required licence. Report entitlement and API licensing remain separate.
Check API entitlement, credential ownership and rate limits for the route you intend to use. Include review fees, customer-plan upgrades and ongoing access charges in the total.

External action
POST /front-office/v1/talent/{talentId} uses 0 to create a talent and an existing ID to update one. The body ID is overwritten by the route. Identity, required fields and duplicate handling need validation; a request correlation UUID is not documented as an idempotency guarantee.
Validate the supported operation, acting identity and permission scope (read access does not imply write permission). Ambiguous retries and revoked credentials also affect whether an external workflow can run safely.

Data exit and portability
The caller can retain structured talent details, and the separate report downloads CSV. Planned migration must check required fields, attachments, associations and payroll history individually; these routes do not establish an independent restore of the staffing platform or access after cancellation.
Test the output against the destination’s required fields and history. Check stable identifiers, relationships, attachments and extraction time; a sample file proves only the coverage of that sample.

Business logic and customization
Customer or partner code can read and update the permitted talent scope (including its own mappings). The reviewed documentation does not establish reusable export, ownership or independent execution of native Avionté workflow definitions.
Custom API access, ownership of workflows and the right to export their definitions are separate questions. A custom-app capability alone does not establish that business rules can move to another system.
