Grades and scoring

Overall C / 5.9*/10, based on 11 of 14 documented answers (export completeness and reliability require live tests).

Property Management X: UK G-Cloud offering, MIX, Open Data Services and Toolkit. UK exit commitments are not assumed for US contracts.

Each dimension contributes one sixth of the overall grade. Data access is capped by the commercial barrier on the assessed read routes. Open the inputs below to see the enum answer, route, scoring anchor and source clause.

CUSTOMER CHOICE

Third-party accessibility

MRI describes MIX as a toolkit for customer and third-party integrations. Purchased modules, enabled APIs and permission for the intended service still determine usable access.

Partner approvalYesSource & scope ↗
Provider agreementYesSource & scope ↗
External AI permission-Source & scope ↗

Confirm who can connect, who owns the credentials and which uses are permitted. Customer consent and provider approval can be separate requirements; the selected plan and contract still matter.

READ / INTEGRATE

API and export routes

The available routes include customer MIX/custom APIs, Partner Connect and report downloads. MRI’s product catalog contains several platforms; a capability in one product should not be assumed across all of them.

Availability depends on your product, plan and agreement. See the documentation below for the requirements of each route.

ECONOMIC ACCESS

Cost, authentication and limits

The linked sources do not list a universal MIX price or partner approval timeline. Third-party commercial estimates need written confirmation for the customer’s product and region.

Check API entitlement, credential ownership and rate limits for the route you intend to use. Include review fees, customer-plan upgrades and ongoing access charges in the total.

ACT FROM OUTSIDE

External action

Historical MIX documentation includes save operations. It does not establish a current universal write, idempotency or conflict contract across MRI products.

Validate the supported operation, acting identity and permission scope (read access does not imply write permission). Ambiguous retries and revoked credentials also affect whether an external workflow can run safely.

KEEP ACCESS USEFUL

Continuity

A current tenant specification is needed for changed records, deletions, pagination recovery and replay. The historical quick reference is useful background, not proof of the current tenant contract.

Useful ongoing access includes corrections and deletions, not only the first export. A failed request, changed filter or lost property permission should not be interpreted as a deleted record.

LEAVE WITH YOUR DATA

Data exit and portability

The PMX UK supplier disclosure offers Oracle database extracts and report files. Assistance can cost extra, and remaining data may be deleted after 30 days; this is not a guaranteed retrieval window.

Test the output against the destination’s required fields and history. Check stable identifiers, relationships, attachments and extraction time; a sample file proves only the coverage of that sample.

BUILD / INSPECT / REUSE

Business logic and customization

A toolkit for building custom APIs is advertised; workflow portability is separate.

Custom API access, ownership of workflows and the right to export their definitions are separate questions. A custom-app capability alone does not establish that business rules can move to another system.
