OVERALL CONTROL / 0.4-documentary
Grades and scoring
Overall B / 6.3*/10, based on 12 of 14 documented answers (export completeness and reliability require live tests).
Voyager with licensed interfaces, RentCafe API, Replicate and Data Connect. RentCafe permissions do not establish Voyager-wide rights.
Each dimension contributes one sixth of the overall grade. Data access is capped by the commercial barrier on the assessed read routes. Open the inputs below to see the enum answer, route, scoring anchor and source clause.

CUSTOMER CHOICE
Third-party accessibility
Yardi’s Interface Partner Program publishes qualification requirements and an approval process. A customer-created interface user does not, by itself, establish that every third-party application can connect.
Confirm who can connect, who owns the credentials and which uses are permitted. Customer consent and provider approval can be separate requirements; the selected plan and contract still matter.
READ / INTEGRATE
API and export routes
The documented routes include the Interface Partner Program, Replicate, Data Connect, report exports and contracted RentCafe access. A warehouse route can give a customer a different path to analytics from a direct vendor interface.
| Access route | Authentication | Credential owner | Provider approval | Access requirement | Last checked |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Yardi Standard Interface Partner app | hybrid | Integration provider | Yes | Contract required | 2026-09-09 |
| RentCafe API Program | Not confirmed | Integration provider | Yes | Contract required | 2026-09-09 |

| Customer Voyager report exports | No separate connector credentials | Customer | No | Customer-supplied credentials | 2026-09-09 |
Availability depends on your product, plan and agreement. See the documentation below for the requirements of each route.
ECONOMIC ACCESS
Cost, authentication and limits
Yardi describes annual interface fees. Its public partner page does not publish a complete numeric price list. Obtain a dated quote for the selected route; aggregator estimates and customer interface fees answer different questions.
Check API entitlement, credential ownership and rate limits for the route you intend to use. Include review fees, customer-plan upgrades and ongoing access charges in the total.
ACT FROM OUTSIDE
External action
RentCafe documents lead and appointment writes on its partner route. Voyager writes still need an interface-specific agreement; warehouse reads do not grant write access.
Validate the supported operation, acting identity and permission scope (read access does not imply write permission). Ambiguous retries and revoked credentials also affect whether an external workflow can run safely.
KEEP ACCESS USEFUL
Continuity
Replicate describes change-data capture into customer warehouse infrastructure. Replay, deletions, schema changes and restart behavior still need validation for the customer’s destination and license.
Useful ongoing access includes corrections and deletions, not only the first export. A failed request, changed filter or lost property permission should not be interpreted as a deleted record.
LEAVE WITH YOUR DATA
Data exit and portability
Reports and replication offer ways to retrieve data, but the linked documentation does not establish a complete exit package with every relationship, attachment and historical record.
Test the output against the destination’s required fields and history. Check stable identifiers, relationships, attachments and extraction time; a sample file proves only the coverage of that sample.
BUILD / INSPECT / REUSE
Business logic and customization
This program page does not establish a customer-only custom-API exception.
Custom API access, ownership of workflows and the right to export their definitions are separate questions. A custom-app capability alone does not establish that business rules can move to another system.
AGREEMENTS / API DOCS / PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
